On this page you will find everything you need to know about delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and the payment methods we accept at NOVRIX for our home and garden range. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are not levied by NOVRIX but imposed directly by the customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.

Where an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will inform you without delay should this occur.

3. Shipping Partners

Your order will be sent via one of our established logistics partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking reference so you can follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot accept liability for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to split a
