Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason whatsoever.

The withdrawal period opens on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the goods, and expires fourteen days later.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision to withdraw by a clear, unambiguous declaration — for example by email or post:

Your declaration must leave no room for doubt as to your intention to cancel. You may, if you choose, use the model withdrawal form set out further below — its use is entirely voluntary.

Sending your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period closes is sufficient to comply with the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund all amounts received from you — including standard outbound delivery charges (but not any extra cost arising from your selection of a non-standard delivery option) — without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will ordinarily be made via the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fee in connection with the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us, or until you provide proof of having despatched them — whichever comes first.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met provided you send the goods before this period elapses.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods produced to your personal specifications or clearly adapted to your individual requirements;
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned on health or hygiene grounds where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Goods that, following delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Write to contact@novrix.com stating your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your request and supply the return address.
  3. Pack the goods carefully — ideally in the original packaging.
  4. Send the parcel back within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  5. Once the goods have been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within fourteen days.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited via the payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the amount to reach your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Should any goods arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within seven days of receipt at contact@novrix.com, including clear photographs of the fault and your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you — at your discretion — either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
